As a yoga therapist, I meet clients exactly where they are. I am trained to assess injuries from physical trauma as well as helping clients identify stressors that can affect their emotional well-being. I will work with them to address their specific goals while also considering any limitations they may be experiencing. I combine the modern understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology with the ancient wisdom of yoga to restore function, increase vitality, and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is a mindful and highly personalized approach to managing stress, pain and tension.
